We were owners of a rental property in Colorado Springs since 1992 and engaged John Clemente to be our property manager. In the years that John managed our property, we have found him to be most ethical, responsive and always sensitive to your interests as clients. John’s honesty is without question and the service level of John and his staff was first class. John was always available for consultation and to answer any question or concern that we had.

John demonstrated that he is pro- active and was very aggressive when we were in need of new renters. John’s knowledge of the Colorado Springs rental market maximized our rental income and occupancy rate as we were able to adjust rents based on John’s timely and accurate recommendations.

I’ve used Clemente Real Estate service since the fall of 2005. They came highly recommended from my Realtor- and he was right! I’ve heard horror stories about property management companies, but I’ve never had an issue with this one. Even though I have lived out of Colorado for over six years, the staff still knows me by name. Statements and payments are always on-time; repairs above a certain cost are always cleared with me; and I always receive copies of leases and all repair bills. End- of-year tax statements are complete and have always been early enough for me to file my taxes early. Clemente Real Estate has been a truly professional property management company for me, and I’ll stay with them for all of my Colorado Springs properties!
