Notes on Paying Rent

Rent is due on the First of every month and late on the 7th by 5pm.
In addition to accepting online payments we accept Checks, Money Orders and Certified Funds. We do NOT accept cash. We have a dropbox on the outside of our building to the left of the front door to facilitate after hours payments.
