Maximized our rental income and occupancy rate

We were owners of a rental property in Colorado Springs since 1992 and engaged John Clemente to be our property manager. He showed his wide ranging expertise of the Real Estate industry when he assisted in the sale of our rental property which was sold under the 1031 Tax Deferred program. John also referred us to another Real Estate agent in another state where we purchased the replacement property under the program. John also gave us a recommendation for an agent who specializes in 1031 Tax Deferred exchanges. Without John’s assistance, the transactions would not have gone so smoothly or timely.
