Searching for your owner statement? Want to print a cashflow statement or 1099 for your taxes? Need to send funds in to pay for repairs or improvements to your rental? You can do it all right here.
What About Maintenance?
Your rental home is on an annual maintenance schedule for specific items, if present. Reminders will be sent via email. Currently, we schedule:
- sprinkler start up every May
- sprinkler winterization every October
- furnace cleaning & servicing each Fall, beginning in October
Other maintenance items are done on an as needed basis. If your home has not been painted, inside or out, in the last several years or has not had carpeting replaced, this may be due at your next move out. Please watch your email for recommendations and estimates as needed.
